Finnegan is a two year old Otterhound, which makes him pretty unique.
They are a very rare breed, with only around 800 in the world and only 57 puppies
born the same year as him.I learn that Otterhounds are also one of the most ancient
and allegedly royal breeds, making Finnegan a very noble dog. I am wearing blouse,
